• Before Course Selection: Please ensure you have carefully read the relevant regulations and the university's Course Equivalency/Credit Recognition Table.

• Repeated Courses: The same course may not be taken more than once. If a course is repeated, the credits will only be counted once.

  • Example: If you have already passed "Art Appreciation" and subsequently pass an equivalent course at the Summer College, both grades will be recorded in the system. However, during the graduation audit, the credits will only be counted once.

• Current Students: For students taking courses recognized by the university, grades will be automatically imported into the system by the school after the summer session concludes. No additional application for credit recognition is required.

• Eligibility Note: For current students who suspend their studies, withdraw, or complete graduation procedures before the grades are imported (during the second semester of the 114th academic year), the credits will not be recognized.

• Incoming Freshmen: Please follow the credit waiver/transfer procedures outlined in the Freshman Handbook upon enrollment to complete your application.
