* Example Explanation:
A student with a raw score of 81 points will be classified as A- according to the grade comparison .
In schools that use a grading system , this student's report card will show an A- grade .
However, in schools that use a percentage system , students who receive an A- will all receive a score of 82. There may be some discrepancy between the score and the original score during this conversion process , so please be aware of this before taking the course .
Teachers enter assignment grades
1. Grade Login System :
Please log in to the summer college online system .
2. Log in student grades: Please read the system grade login instructions carefully first.
(1) Performance Evaluation
Please complete this within two weeks after the course ends .
Simply select the drop-down menu to assess students' grades.
(2) Temporarily stored results
After logging in, please click "Save Scores" to retain your entered scores.
If an error is found in the score input, the score can still be modified.
(3) Locking in scores
Once you have confirmed that your score is correct, please press "Lock Score". At this point, your score cannot be changed .
Note: Before sending out grades, please check if there are any students who failed. The course TA should proactively contact and confirm the students' status to avoid any questions after the grades are sent out.
(If you find any changes to your grades, please contact us so we can help you resolve the issues before making any changes.)
(4) Export the report card
After locking the grades, press the "Export Student Grade Sheet" button to export the grade sheet for that course.
(5) Signature confirmation
Once the grade book is completed, the instructor must sign it on paper for it to be valid.
3. Send signed student report cards
Submit the original paper documents or scanned electronic files to the National Summer College's official email address ( n2summerntu@gmail.com ) for verification.
