Administrative staff work schedule and instructions

[Application for courses before mid-January]

1. We cordially invite high-quality general education courses from all schools. The organizers can assist teachers in writing course proposals.

3. All school applications for courses must be submitted by the organizer to the National Summer College mailbox ( n2summerntu@gmail.com ) within the specified period .

[Mid-March - Before Registration]

1. Credit/Field Recognition:

The deadline for submitting the credit application for the 2015 academic year is 12:00 noon on April 16, 2015 (Wednesday) . Credit information will affect your students' course selection intentions, so the earlier you confirm, the sooner students can make arrangements for course selection.

2. Classroom Arrangement:

Please have the school administrator assist the teacher in confirming the class location and filling it out on the cloud form to facilitate information dissemination.

3. Find a suitable TA teaching assistant:

4. Publicity and promotion:

We will provide promotional information letters for announcements and posters on each school's website, bulletin board, and other bulletin boards. Please assist each school in sending these letters to all your students.

[Registration begins in late April]

1. Check student registration status (adjusted in 2015) :

A. Course Selection Stages and Mechanisms : The following is the expected two-stage course selection schedule (any changes will be communicated with us regarding the exact dates) :

B. After registering for courses on the system, students upload their student ID/proof of enrollment, and the Summer College staff verifies their identity .

C. During the course selection period , the administrator can log in to the system to view the enrollment status of students at the school.

D. Since the student ID cannot confirm whether the student is on leave of absence, if your school cannot recognize the credits earned during the leave of absence, please add a note to the course selection reminder on the credit recognition information page so that the student can assess whether to take the course .

[August and September courses have ended]

1. Download scores & Login:

A. Schools offering courses: Please have the organizer assist the instructors in printing out student grade books for signature confirmation and sending them to the National Summer College Program Office for record keeping.

B. Schools that have not yet offered classes: Instructors must upload and sign the grades in the system within two weeks of the course's completion. Even if the course ends later, the grading must be completed by August 28th (Thursday). School administrators can then download their students' grades for assignment.

C. The official grade report will be sent to each school one month after the end of all courses, and the grades can be logged into the school around mid-September.
