面對全球資訊化的大趨勢，處理災害議題包括：減災、整備、應變與復原重建，除需要社會各界的投入外，如何運用資通訊科技的特性以強化防災人員的優勢，已成為防災工作不可缺的一環，透過模擬災害情境、資訊系統、現場操作、團隊合作，提升防減災的準備與能力。

*本課程規劃避難收容處所演練，需過夜一晚
