(1) Online Registration: Please click on the "Summer College Online System" to register and select courses. (DO NOT register through our university's summer session system!)

(2) Course Conflicts: If you register for other summer courses (including Summer Session I or II), ensure they do not conflict with your Summer College courses (including travel time).

(3) Credit Limit: According to Article 5 of the "Chung Yuan Christian University Regulations for Summer Session Courses," current undergraduate students may take a maximum of 16 credits during the summer (including both internal and external courses). This limit does not apply to students under the "Flexible Study Program for Military Service."

(4)Incoming Freshmen: To apply for credit transfer of eligible Ewant SOS Summer Online General Education courses, incoming freshmen must log in to the university’s Credit Transfer System during the designated period after obtaining your official student ID (refer to the Freshman Handbook), and to upload a “Course Completion Certificate” (with department and student ID number indicated in the upper right corner); late applications will not be accepted.

(5) Current Undergraduate Students (Enrolled in 114-2): Only eligible General Education courses can be recorded as the University’s summer course credits. Upon receipt of the grades, the Office of Academic Affairs (Curriculum and Registration Division) will record them in the student’s official academic transcript.

(6) Students on Leave (During 114-2): Undergraduate students on leave during the 114-2 semester must resume their studies in the following semester for these credits to be recorded. Grades will be posted on the official transcript once received by the Curriculum and Registration Section.

(7) High School Students: Courses taken by high school students are not eligible for credit transfer at this university.
