Recognition of mortgage:
(1)Before registering for courses, students are advised to confirm whether each course is eligible for general education credit at the University and which domain it belongs to.
(2)Applicants shall upload a Certificate of Enrollment for the current semester issued by their home institution for the purpose of verifying their student status.
(3)Prospective freshmen: Upon completion of courses eligible for credit transfer, students shall submit their official transcript and complete the credit waiver procedures in accordance with the regulations announced by the Office of Academic Affairs within the specified period. Late submissions will not be accepted.
(4)Current students: Students who have registered for courses and have not completed the withdrawal procedure shall be deemed enrolled in the Summer Session of the current academic year. Courses that meet the requirements shall be credited toward general education requirements, while those that do not shall be counted as free electives. The recognition of such credits toward graduation shall be subject to the regulations of each department. Upon completion of the courses, grades will be automatically recorded in the course registration system, and no separate application is required.
(5)Students enrolled in English-taught bachelor’s programs shall register for courses conducted entirely in English in order for the credits to be recognized toward graduation requirements.
(6)In principle, students may enroll in a maximum of three courses (up to 9 credits) per Summer Session, including both internal and external courses. This limitation shall not apply to graduating seniors or students in an extended study period.
(7)Course registration shall not result in credit overload or scheduling conflicts, including travel time between campuses.
(8)All matters concerning course registration, fee payment, and course withdrawal shall be handled in accordance with the schedule announced by the Summer Session Office.
