The method of requesting leave is to be determined by the instructor ; this unit will no longer handle the process .
Repair suspension regulations
(I) Precautions:
(1) If the summer college courses are suspended, the tuition fees already paid will not be refunded .
(2) The grades for courses that are suspended will not be included in the total number of graduation credits , but will still be recorded in the transcript of previous years, marked "suspended" .
(3) After submitting the application , please remind the course instructor to review it in the Summer College system .
(4) If the suspension of repair does not comply with the regulations (e.g., the deadline for applying for suspension of repair has passed), the unit will not approve it.
(II) Deadline for applying for suspension of repairs:
The application deadline is one week before the end of the course .
(Example: Course A1001 ends on August 8th, so the application deadline is August 1st.)
(III) Application Method:
Log in to the system → Course suspension management → "Apply" for the course to be suspended → Fill in the reason for suspension → Submit the application
