2025 Southern Taiwan Local History and Cultural Studies Academic Symposium—Taiwan Ancient Documents and Historical Research

This year, the National Summer College once again collaborated with the Department of History at National Chung Cheng University to hold an academic seminar on "Cultural Heritage Preservation and Regulations."

For the first time, the seminar will span two days and feature even more content. 👇

🔸A Study on Ethnic Groups, Household Registrations, and Official Certificates in the Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan Area

🔸Family and Ancient Document Research

🔸Community, Economic Development and Ancient Document Research

🔸Online Special Exhibition Guide to Ancient Documents from the Collection of the National History Museum and Taiwan Documents Museum

🔸Ancient documents and ethnic groups, folk economy, research

👣On the afternoon of the second day, we will visit temples and historical sites and appreciate temple historical documents. We will visit Xingang Fengtian Temple together and talk about the stories of this land as we walk.

We welcome anyone who loves history, stories, and is curious about local culture to join us!
