1. After teachers complete the grading and confirm the scores are correct, the staff in each school can log in to the National Summer College online system to download the scores and proceed with the school's score entry process. Scores will be entered into the school's internal grading system regardless of whether they are passing or failing.
　　　*This procedure is only applicable to partner schools.
　　　* Please inquire with your original school's registration team regarding how to log in your scores.

2. As the distribution of grades involves administrative coordination among multiple schools and departments, the grades are expected to be entered into approximately  one month after the completion of all courses .

III. This organization does not accept applications for course completion certificates from students of partner schools , except in the following circumstances:

1. Non-partner school students
2. Students at partner schools take courses that are not recognized by their regular schools.
3. Applications from prospective first-year university students and high school students: Academic transcripts for prospective first-year university students and high school students will be sent electronically after the course ends. Please make sure to fill in the correct email address in the system.

IV. Original copy of course completion certificate (academic transcript) may be applied for only once.

5. If you are picking up the item in person, please go to Room 405, Liberal Arts Teaching Building, National Taiwan University, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM or 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and fill in the pick-up time on the form.

6. You may choose to mail it. Please include your mailing address in the letter. We will send it by registered mail. (If you are concerned about document damage, we recommend picking it up in person.)
