During the registration period |

(1) Course selection is on a first-come, first-served basis. All courses must be registered and selected through the Summer College online system . (2) Courses can be selected as long as there are available places. The deadline for payment and online withdrawal is 3 days before the start of each course. (3) Regardless of whether you have registered an account before, all students who have enrolled in the course must complete the identity verification process , that is, upload a photo of the front and back of your student ID card with the registration stamp or a certificate of enrollment issued by your school, so that our unit can verify your identity. (4) Students should pay attention and log in to the system to confirm the review results . Those who fail the identity review will not be able to select courses, and no payment slip will be generated if the course selection fails . (5) If you need to transfer credits, please make sure to check the relevant instructions on the “ Credit Transfer ” page before selecting courses to avoid any loss of your rights. |

(1) Please log in to the Summer College online system . After your identity is verified, you can add the courses you want to select to the menu and generate a payment slip. Then, please click " Print Payment Slip " to download it. (2) After successfully selecting a course, please complete the payment within three days . Late or insufficient payments will not be accepted and the admission qualification will not be reserved. The place will be released directly . (3) If there is no remaining balance in the course, please "add to tracking/notify me when there are available spots" for the course. When the course becomes available, the system will send a notification email according to the priority of adding to tracking. After receiving the notification, please complete the payment within the deadline stated in the email. If the deadline is exceeded, the spot will be released directly. |

Online withdrawal deadline |

(1) The deadline for online withdrawal is one week before the start of each course. Please confirm whether the course has been successfully opened and complete the online withdrawal within the deadline . (2) If you wish to withdraw from a course after payment, please log in to the Summer College online system before the deadline , click on " Course Selection Results " on the left, and select "Voluntary Withdrawal" in the course you wish to withdraw from . (3) Please note the online withdrawal deadline for each course. If you withdraw after this deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund except in cases of force majeure. You will need to log in to the system to apply for "suspension of course". No refund will be given for the suspended course, and "suspension of course" will be noted on your transcript . (1) Please attend each course on time according to the course announcement. (2) The instructor shall upload the grades within two weeks after the course ends. If the course ends later, the grades shall be completed before 02/09 (Mon) . (3) The timelines for grade assignments vary from school to school. Grade assignment documents are expected to be sent to each school in mid-to-late February for grade entry. |
